South Shore Power Squadron, draws its members from the south shore of Long Island, Nassau County, New York. Founded in 1928, South Shore Power Squadron is a fraternal non-profit boating organization. Offering boating courses to the Publichas been a traditional civic service of the United States Power Squadrons organization. Several are offered to the Public, while advanced courses are available only to members.
